SynopsisAn authority which will be set-up to regulate NPD will decide what constitutes a fair or an unfair request for data from a competing company, Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan said on Thursday. “Any such transition will be seen negatively sometimes to start with,” he added.
